You will find detailed information about each trip on this homepage. A short one-page description with the important facts – such as meeting place and time – will also be available during our office hours.
In order to register for a trip you should come to our office (HG 404). There you can pay for the trip and then we will put your name on the list of participants. Only the students with their names on this list can participate. (In case your name gets lost on the list, just proof your payment by showing us the receipt.). Additionally you can now also pay and register via paypal.
As we have to make reservations and plans for the trips, there will be a registration deadline. To ensure to meet the deadline please check on the specific trip description on our homepage.
ESN Bern and different universities support most of the trips financially, but you still have to pay a certain amount. The price may depend from one trip to another. In case you hold an ESN Card, you will get a CHF 5.- reduction for each trip.
Please make shure you have a sufficient insurance coverage for the time of our trips. You are not insured by ESN Bern unless it is specially mentioned in the trip descriptions!
Normally you can cancel a reservation until the last day of the registration periode and get your money back. After the deadline, it is not possible anymore to cancel, as we often have to pay in advance for buses, guided tours etc... Of course you can always exchange your place with another person if you provide one or there are persons on our waiting list. In this case, please leave us a short notice by webform or come to our office, so we can exchange the names on the participants list. If you can not find another person to participate, please come to our office so we can give you back the money.
